Homeschool Book Club: Because of Winn-Dixie.
Grades 2-4.
6-week session. Mondays, September 8th - October 20th (No class on 10/13).
Cost: $25 per child.
Join us for a fun and engaging 6-week book club just for homeschoolers in grades 2–4! Together, we’ll read and discuss Because of Winn-Dixie—a heartwarming classic about friendship, family, and a dog who changes everything. Through fun activities, group discussions, and creative projects, we’ll bring the story to life and discover valuable lessons in friendship.
A copy of Because of Winn-Dixie will be provided and can be checked out/loaned to each participant. The book must be returned at the conclusion of the program.
Come ready to share ideas, make new friends, and enjoy great discussions about this unforgettable story!
PLEASE NOTE: A minimum of 6 kids must be registered in order for this class to run. Caregivers are to remain on the library's premises while the class is in session. Younger siblings are welcome to play in our children's room with caregiver supervision during the session.
